Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of order confirmation excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability or any other discrepancies in payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking information. If you have not received this email, please email Customer Service for assistance at sales@ragcompany.com
Shipping
- Shipping cost for all orders below 500$ will be borne by the customer, however above $500 will be free shipping.
- Your order will be shipped by the following carriers - USPS, FedEx, and UPS – we charge a flat $6 per pair delivery cost.
- Please note – shipping charges will never be refundable in case of Return/Exchange or Store credit. If you are shipping an item worth or more than $50, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receiving your returned goods that are damaged, distorted or missing.
Returns/Exchange
- We have a 30-day refund policy in case of damaged or production issue. Once the return window is closed, we cannot accept refund or exchange.
- The item must be unused and should be attached to all tags and packaging material as originally received.
- Once the products are received and checked we will send you an email notification and accordingly the refund/exchange will be processed.
- Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original source of payment within 10-15 business days.
International Shipping
UPS international may reach the destination within 7-14 days depending on your location. Kindly note- this does not include any delays that can occur due to foreign customs, unfavorable weather, etc.
Shipping charges are determined at Checkout and additional fees may apply.
The customer will bear duties and taxes imposed by the country’s custom office.
Your shipping agent will be able to provide you with a more detailed information, including any additional cost that you may have to bear.
In-Store: Pickup/ Trucking Pickup
Pick up can be scheduled from Monday-Friday, excluding holiday between 11:00am-3:00pm respectively.
Please email Customer Service for your date and time of pick up to ensure your order will be packed and kept ready before the carrier arrives at sales@ragcompany.com
